The Role

This opportunity will be the first Business Development hires for Foundation Health in the UK/Europe and the US. The roles will ultimately play a significant role in further expanding our partner network globally.

You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business with prospects and existing clients.

You will build a GTM strategy, closing deals, scaling teams, adjusting product/market fit, and knows how to run a sales process.

Your target audience will be executives across health insurers, providers, pharma manufacturers and consumer health brands, particularly people who work within business development and product teams.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in similar industries to the ones you will be serving.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Articulate Foundation Health’s business value, assess use case, and qualify buying interest
  • Through outbound prospecting campaigns, generate sales leads and set up sales meetings
  • Generate qualified leads and sales meetings
  • Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and generate interest
  • Conduct high-level conversations throughout an organization, including with Senior Executives
  • Learn and provide the demo for prospects
  • Build a sales pipeline
  • Build, nurture, manage, and close pipeline and deals
  • Work with other internal teams to support & close deals
  • Create sales processes and infrastructure
  • Negotiate and orchestrate the contract and pricing process
  • Track real-time interactions with all partners and customers in Salesforce (or equivalent tool)
  • See sales through to implementation
  • Stay closely aligned to accounts post implementation to ensure customer success

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • 3+ years enterprise sales experience
  • Strong track record carrying and reaching your quota
  • Have sold technical/complex products in the past
  • Experience working in healthcare and digital health
  • Track record of positioning, messaging, and setting strategy
  • Understands how to fit company product with market needs and articulate that need
  • Ability to develop executive-level relationships
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills required.
